2. Receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
3. Use the included Calendly link to schedule your 60-minute Zoom appointment.
4. Complete a short questionnaire to help Amy prepare for your meeting.
5. Join the Zoom call at your scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance, giving you flexibility as you plan your project timeline.

Important Information About Plan Customizations

To maintain the integrity of the original architectural design, certain structural elements cannot be modified during the consultation process. This includes:

• Staircase locations
• Rooflines
• Home footprint dimensions

However, many interior and functional adjustments are possible and encouraged to help personalize your space.

Plan flipping services are also available for an additional fee of $200.

Construction & Code Disclaimer

All drawings are designed in compliance with NH Building Code IBC 2015. Final structural engineering, civil engineering, and local code verification must be completed by your builder to ensure compliance with regional building requirements.
